Camping & Horse Stalls are SOLD OUT

Applications for Camping and Horse Accommodation have CLOSED. Only those who have pre-booked will be able to camp or have their horses onsite during the World Cup.

Important information for those who have a booking:

Camping -

• Only bookings paid in full are confirmed (note: no confirmation email for this was sent). If you did NOT receive an email requesting to pay within 48 hours then consider your booking confirmed.

• Your booking details will be available at the entry to Morgan Park and used for ‘check in’. From there you will be directed to your site / stall. Feel free to bring a print out of your initial email acknowledging that your booking was received (but this is not necessary).

• Powered sites will be allocated on a first-in-first-served basis.

• A campsite is defined as one of following options: Float/vehicle, Body Truck, Semi-trailer, Gooseneck, Caravan/vehicle, Campervan or Tent with a maximum of 5 people. 1 booking means 1 site to be allocated only.

• Access to camping sites at the IOR Morgan Park from Saturday 13th April 2019.

NO bikes (push bikes or ag bikes) permitted at the IOR Morgan Park
NO dogs permitted at the IOR Morgan Park

Horse Stalls -

• No self erected horse panels permitted

• The ONLY horses permitted at Morgan Park will be those competing in the World Cup and Barastoc Interstate competitions.
