BERRAGOON BLOSS is a 7 year old bay mare. She was purchased from the inaugural Berragoon Sale. She was not the most attractive 2yo, only small but she had a special “something.”
Bloss was played by Billy Fitzgerald for her first few seasons and is now played by Ali Delaney for the Jugiong Club, NSW.
Bloss has not yet played a lot of polocrosse due to both her age and owners health issues. She is a mare you cannot help but stop and watch, with amazing natural ability.
This mare has had only one campdraft start, to make the final of the open at Jugiong. Unfortunately the beast fell on course in the final and she missed out on a place.
Berragoon Bloss is very quirky horse to handle, but once you are in the saddle, she is an amazingly athletic mare with a tonne of heart.
